    如何评价自己的价值
     
    你知道自己是吃几碗饭的吗？
    评估是一门学问，评估自己更为困难，错误的估价自己，不仅造成心理疾病，也会诱导自己做出错误的选择！
    在做一些重要决定的时候，是否要好好的评估下自己的价值？
     
     
    PS：好走的路都是下坡路  （一个人能走多远？）
